Ingredients Quantity
Milk 2.5 Litre
Sugar 200g
Almonds 30g
Charoli Nuts 15g
Small Cardamom Powder 5

 

Methods:
1. Boil milk until it gets thick.
2. Add sugar simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Add Blanched and sliced almonds, sliced charoli and coarsely powdered cardamom.
4. Cool and serve.
